As the City of Coquitlam transitions through the BC Restart Plan, those wishing to listen and/or participate at Council or Committee Meetings are encouraged to do so remotely via Zoom.

To make a written submission to Council or Committee about a matter on a meeting agenda or within the jurisdiction of the City, email your letter or comments to Mayor and Council or fax to 604-927-3015. Your letter must be signed and include your name and address. Please note that, in most instances, written and email correspondence addressed to Mayor and Council become public documents once received by the City.

Live web broadcasts of City Council meetings can be accessed by clicking the In Progress link next to the desired meeting. Broadcasts will generally be available 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. 

Archived meetings are generally made available by noon the day after the meeting and can be found under the Available Archives section.

Please note that if you do not see the In Progress link at the schedule time of a meeting, refresh the page. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Council Meetings can sometimes begin up to 15 minutes late. Once the meeting has begun, the Watch link will become live.
