Virtual Information Session: Help Shape the Future of Growth Near Transit-Oriented Areas

Join us for a virtual information session to provide input and ask questions about proposed land use changes in and around provincially designated Transit-Oriented Areas (TOAs) in Southwest Coquitlam. The proposed changes respond to new provincial rules in Transit-Oriented Areas and guide how homes, parks, transportation networks, and commercial spaces evolve in nearby areas called shoulders (areas next to the Burquitlam and Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain Station Transit-Oriented Areas), and on the corridors of Austin and Como Lake Avenues.
