Nelson Street and westbound lanes of Austin Avenue will be closed due to a large concrete pour at a development site.
What: Large concrete pour (development site at 505 Nelson Street)
Where: Nelson St will be closed from Austin Ave to Ridgeway Ave; westbound lanes on Austin Ave will be closed between Marmont St and Nelson St.
When: Tuesday, July 26 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Traffic Impacts: These sections of Nelson St and Austin Ave will be fully closed to vehicle traffic. Traffic on Austin Ave between Marmont St and Nelson St will be limited to one lane in each direction with turn restrictions at the intersections. Traffic on Nelson St will be detoured. Please use an alternate route to avoid delays or plan extra time when using these routes. Business access will be maintained.
