Nelson Street and westbound lanes of Austin Avenue will be closed due to a large concrete pour at a development site.
What: Large concrete pour (development site at 505 Nelson Street)
Where: Nelson Street will be closed from Austin Avenue to Ridgeway Avenue; westbound lanes on Austin Avenue will be closed between Marmont Street and Nelson Street.
When: Saturday, August 27 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Traffic Impacts: These sections of Nelson Street and Austin Avenue will be fully closed to vehicle traffic. Traffic on Austin Avenue between Marmont Street and Nelson Street will be limited to one lane in each direction with turn restrictions at the intersections. Traffic on Nelson Street will be detoured. Please use an alternate route to avoid delays or plan extra time when using these routes. Business access will be maintained.
