Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex will undergo its annual maintenance closure from Tuesday, May 31 to Sunday, June 26, reopening Monday, June 27. The four-week closure is vital for maintenance and cleaning that cannot be completed while the facility is open.
Pool: Tuesday,May 31 – Sunday, June 26, re-opening Monday, June 27
Fitness Centre: Tuesday,May 31 – Monday, June 6, re-opening Tuesday, June 7
From Tuesday,May 31 – Monday, June 6, the reception desk will beopen from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will return to regular hours June 7 onward.
The arenas will also undergo maintenance upgrades and there will be no ice available from mid-June to late July. Dry floor sports and drop-ins remain available during this time. City skating lessons and drop-ins will return on Aug. 9.
Availability of amenities will vary during hours of operation.
It offers a variety of ice skating, aquatic, fitness and dry floor programs, as well as pre-registered drop-in classes. It’s also home to the Coquitlam Sports Hall of Fame, great amateur, championship-level hockey and lacrosse, as well as a licensed café.
