The new, redesigned Burquitlam Park site will be part of the master-designed community at the heart of Burquitlam that includes the Coquitlam Bettie Allard YMCA, a Community Police Station, park-and-ride facilities, and residential rental and strata housing.
The Coquitlam Bettie Allard YMCA, Community Police Station and Park-and-Ride opened in late 2022. The southern sections of the redesigned Burquitlam Park will be opened for public use upon completion of the residential tower phases.
