Our Fall City-Wide Garage Sale and Giveaway Event is now open for registration.

  • When: September 19 and 20, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Where: Homes across Coquitlam
  • Registration Deadline: September 16, 4 p.m.

Registration will be open until 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16.

In the registration form, please complete all the required information, including: address, name, phone number, email, selling/giving away items or both, which days you will be participating, and what categories the items you will be selling/giving away belong to. 

Once you have registered, your listing will show up on the online map within one business day.

Dogwood Fall Swap and Sale 

Also on Saturday, September 19, the City is hosting the Dogwood Fall Swap and Sale, complete with a BBQ concession and open Tea Garden.

  • When: September 19, 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Where: Centennial Pavilion
  • Registration Deadline: September 16, 12 a.m.
  • Cost: $34.65 + tax

    *Please note: registration opens for Coquitlam residents on August 11, and on August 13 for non-residents.

This is a great opportunity for residents of multi-family housing who do not have landlord or strata permission to participate in the City Wide Garage Sale and Giveaway event, but have items to sell or give away.

  • Check the legend to find out which houses are selling on Saturday or Sunday or both and which have items to giveaway (determined by color and shape)
    • Purple Circle are Saturday Only 
    • Red Triangle are Sunday Only
    • Orange Square are Saturday and Sunday
    • Any listing with a Green line around it has Items for Giveaway
  • Click on the listing within the map to find the list of items they are selling as well as a link to Google Maps to help you get there
