Every year, the City of Coquitlam prepares an Annual Report looking back at the City's key achievements, financial position and areas of strategic focus over the previous year. Once the report is released, public have the opportunity to provide input before the report is formally adopted by Council.
2025 Annual Report
In 2025, the City advanced key priorities by balancing growth, investing in infrastructure and maintaining strong financial management in a changing environment. Housing remained a focus, with Coquitlam recognized as a leader in housing delivery through it's award-winning Housing Affordability Strategy and programs that support new homes for a growing population.
The City also made significant progress on major capital projects, including the opening of the renovated and expanded Mundy Park Pool and advancing plans for the new Burke Mountain Community Centre, while continuing to invest in the renewal of roads, utilities and civic facilities.
