Youth Week is a provincial celebration held annually May 1 – 7. It's a fun-filled week celebrating youth, your diversity and the positive contributions you make in their communities.
This year's Youth Week activities include drop-in sports, creative workshops, a scavenger hunt, seminars, a glow dance and more! For the complete 2022 Youth Week schedule, click here.

2022 Youth Night
Youth are invited to join the fun at Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex, Friday, May 6.
- Drop-in Youth Skate – Ages 13 to 18, 8:30 –9:30 p.m.
- Drop-in Youth Swim – Ages 13 to 18, 10 – 11 p.m.
- Drop-in Youth Drop-in Sports – Ages 13 to 18, 10:30 – 11:30 p.m.
A free hot dog and juice from Canuel Catering will be provided to the first 100 youth to attend drop-in.

- Monday, May 2, 7 – 8 p.m. – Youth Volleyball at Centennial Activity Centre
- Tuesday, May 3, 6 – 8 p.m. – Youth Badminton at Centennial Activity Centre
- Wednesday, May 4, 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. – Youth Skate at PSLC
- Wednesday, May 4, 7 – 9 p.m. – Youth Basketball at Centennial Activity Centre
- Thursday, May 5, 2 – 3 p.m. – Youth Basketball at PSLC
- Friday, May 6, 8:30 – 10:30 p.m. – Youth Basketball at Centennial Activity Centre
Park Spark Activities

- Tuesday, May 3 from 3 – 5 p.m. at the City Centre Pop-up Park (corner of Atlantic Ave. and Baldwin St.)

- Thursday, May 5 from 4 – 5 p.m. at Poirier by the Coquitlam Public Library (575 Poirier St.)
